What is Trialuma?

Trialuma is a free information website, operated by The Nelson M Group LLC, that explains how clinical studies work in plain language.

Is Trialuma a medical provider or a study team?

No. We do not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not run, recruit for, or enroll people in clinical studies.

Will you match me with a study?

No. We publish general information. If you want to look for studies, public registries such as ClinicalTrials.gov list them, and your doctor can help you read them.

What do you do with the details I submit?

We use them to send the briefings you asked for and to keep a record of your choices. We do not sell them and we do not share them with study sponsors, research sites, or other partners. See our Privacy Policy.

Do I have to agree to text messages?

No. Both text options are separate, optional, and off by default. You can submit the form with neither on and still get email.

How often will you text me?

Message frequency varies, up to about 8 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.

How do I stop texts?

Reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] or call 866-386-1929.

Does it cost money to use Trialuma?

No. Everything on the site is free.

Is this site for emergencies?

No. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Who do I contact about privacy?

Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request,” or write to us at 14210 Culver Drive, Irvine, CA 92604.
